Big Girl?

I took Bugs to the doctor yesterday for the last of her shots. She did really well! She sat there and just looked at the nurse while they took her blood pressure (had to do it 3 times since her arm is so little). She also did good when the doctor came in and looked into her ears. Last time we did this, I had to hold her head so that he could look in them. She really does not like strange people who try to poke and prod her, but then, who does! The biggest surprise was when they gave her the shot (in her arm). She didn't make a peep! She just looked at the nurse and then was fascinated by her 'pretty' band aid. What a good girl!

Her stats:
Height 32 3/4 Inches (5-10% percentile)
Weight 24lbs (10-25% percentile)

What a petite little girl. Here I thought that she was getting big! I think that her full head of hair makes up most of her weight...that and her cracker obsessed belly!

Good Bye Training Wheels

One morning when we were all playing outside (or in the garage), Brother got some of Daddy's tools and started a project all on his own...

Once Daddy figured out what he was doing he came over to help.

I think that they look much better on the floor than on the bike...

Bugs is after her Daddy's heart...

Now Brother just needs lots of practice. I told him that when he learns how to ride that we will buy him a bigger bike. Look how tiny his bike looks!

I Love My Potty

Hey Bugs. how is the potty training going???

First Down!

So, I hear that you lost your first tooth! Show me your smile! I don't see the missing tooth...
Oh, there it is, I see it now!
You swallowed your tooth with your cereal? You better write the tooth fairy a note then and draw a picture of what the tooth looked like.

Wow! A silver dollar and two fifty cent pieces! That is pretty cool.

School's Out...For The Summer!

I have finally finished my summer college class, so life can get back to normal! At least for a while anyway. I am hoping to take a class in the fall, but we will see how it will work around my schedule. I am happy to announce that I received an 'A' for my summer class! I am very proud of myself. It was almost a test to see if I could do it, and I passed with flying colors! However, I could not have done it without my very supportive family who was very patient with me and my study time. Also, my wonderful husband was great with the kids and the household chores. I just might have to keep him!

While I was at school life has still gone on around me. I have lots of stuff to share regarding a missing (first) tooth, kindergarten graduation, camping, taking off the training wheels...
