Corn Sauce

While eating meatloaf and mashed potatoes for dinner, Brother exclaimed, in a shocked voice:
Brother - "I like both things for dinner!"
Mommy - "Good."
Brother - "Yea, the corn sauce makes it good."

Mommy looks around with a questioning look, thinking that she misheard him.

Mommy - "What? I didn't hear you."
Brother - "The corn sauce makes the potatoes good!"

Mommy finally figured out that he was talking about the butter! It was a squeezable butter and to his credit, had a corn on the cob picture on it.

It is always amazing how children see the world. Even the little things.
