Layers

While shopping last night, Brother had to use the restroom, so Mommy went with him. As he was pulling his pants up Mommy noticed something:

Mommy - "Are you wearing two pairs of underwear."
Brother - "Yea."
Mommy - How come?"
Brother - "Because it is almost Christmas time."

???

Mommy - What does that mean?"
Brother - "When it is Christmas time, it gets cold and you need to wear two shirts, two socks..."

I am thinking that he is referring to when we go up to the mountains to cut down a Christmas tree and we wear lots of layers.

Mommy - "Trust me, you never need to wear two pairs of underwear."

Now I know why the laundry never gets done!
